About Visión Unida

Visión Unida was formed in 1994 by a group of individuals interested in increasing the participation rate of the Hispanic community in the civic affairs of the Central Coast of California. Motivated by the critical need for representative leadership, a dynamic educational program was developed.

Today, Visión Unida continues to put forth the same dedication in developing leadership in the Latino population that they did from the start, ensuring the success and diversity in the leaders of tomorrow.

The Visión

Visión Unida is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the leadership development of the diverse population of California’s Central Coast. Building strong and diverse networks within our communities and providing local residents with necessary leadership skills will further enhance the diversity and effectiveness of our leaders and the growth and strength of our communities.
